casino.superfortunes. yesterday evening my young 15 year old son registered for an online gaming account used all my details which you got off my driving licence and registered for a gambling account and took nearly £2,000 out of my bank account without any problem this morning I message the company and told them about this and explains that he has learning difficulties he's also autistic and they emailed me back to say that unfortunately on a Sunday is very limited staff and that they have referred it to the management who will look into this matter tomorrow I'm hoping for some type of refund as it's a rather a lot of money I did also contact the bank but they said I would have to phone the police how can you phone the police on one of your own kids how could be appreciated is it possible for them to give you a refund that's what I'm hoping for maybe that's why they prefer tea to management I don't know help would be appreciated

I suppose it’s the same as your 15 year old taking 2k from your sock draw and losing it in the bookies on the fobt. Can’t see you getting the money back. Sign up to Gamstop and get your son some counselling , to be losing that sort of money at 15 is ridiculous. Good luck with this

Had a email this morning off the company asking for ID for my son or birth certificate so they can carry on with your investigation so not too sure what they are actually doing at the moment

Hi, bookmakers aren’t known for just handing back cash , can you imagine the amount of people that try the same thing everyday? Obviously they will need evidence of your son being a legitimate person. Chances are they also want you to prosecute him for fraud . I’d speak to the gambling commission to see what the legality’s are .
