I have this week recieved an email from a well known betting company that I have definitely self excluded myself from offering me a £25 free bet.
The same company were the most difficult to self exclude from originally taking 3 attempts by email to come into effect.
Surely they can't be allowed to do this?
I still get emails from all over the place. I'm strong enough just to ignore and delete right now. d**n nuisance they are though.
I think the best way forward is to change your email and close the old one down.
