Just thought I would check in to see how everyone is doing?
Today I am 116 days gambling free and I can't tell you how nice it is to see my bank account in the positive rather then the negative.
I still have days where I really want to have a bet, or a little go on the slot machines or roulette but I think better of it and find something to take my mind off it.
Has anybody else been to the councelling and found it helpful? It really works for me.
Anyway anyone wanting a chat I'm happy to share some advice.
