I hate saying things like this but in relation to my awful gambling Life, £55 isn't a lot. But.....

ВЈ55 actually IS a lot. Think about what you can do with ВЈ55. The gas and electricity you can buy. The shopping. A meal for two somewhere even. £55 has gone on absolutely nothing. Nothing at all. Down the drain. I could have given it to a poor family. But I choose to lose it, in hope to win more.

And I didn't win. What a waste. I think minimum wage is £8 an hour. I hate my job. It's nearly just over six hours work.

Yeah it’s something you don’t anticipate until the buzz of winning more ends. Use it to try and motivate you, the fact in my case I haven’t gamble in 14 days now has seen my paint a clear path on how I intend to deal with my debts, I now for once feel I have real control over them, and think of what you did with money you could have gambled, that has gave me real motivation. One day at a time my friend, Tomorrow I will not gamble

That's actually amazing. 14 days is such a long time. Well done.

It's strange though as ALL my adult Life since I started work, I have gambled. As much as I'd like to stop, it's almost weird to think that could even be a thing.

I totally get where your coming from, strange it definetly is, but it eclispes by far the feeling you feel knowing you haven’t squandered your money on a win you know that is never coming, when your money is spent, 15 days now is great but I have challenges ahead namely payday, I cannot remember the last payday I’ve had were I haven’t gambled a certain amount of money. But I am determined and just for today i will not gamble, we are all behind you

I really hope you don't gamble. Me and a friend who gambled too used to always be afraid of being paid because we just lost it all the time. It's scary stuff.
