been 150 days now without a bet.
Just wanted to thank everyone for their support. I’m not a regular poster now but now and again I like to pop in and give myself a reality check that I will never be allowed to gamble again.
I would not say I have been close to gambling but I know it will always be in the back of my mind. Sometimes I watch the sport and think I would have backed that but I don’t and wouldn’t say I was going to it’s strange really, but like I say it’s always in the real back in your mind that if you don’t stay strong and remind your self if the bad times you could slip back.
stay strong and never kid your self that one bet will be ok
