Today is exactly 2 weeks I’ve not gambled and I can honestly say I do not think I would ever gamble again! (I hope to god I never do) I’ve been doing the cbt course that’s available on here and the 2nd modules 1st question was to add up a months worth of deposits! I honestly threw up when I added it all up over £3000 winning back just some the rest was gone! That’s eye opening and I don’t ever want to give my hard earn money to some casino company! I could’ve bought a new kitchen or bathroom.......

Well done on your 2 weeks milestone keep it up x

Yesterday I gambled the best part of a months wage away , in the last two months I have spent every evening trying to find a site that will allow me to gamble  and then blowing all the money I can . I haven’t gambled for 2 years until about 7 weeks ago , I am scared , and believe me you need to do everything you can to prevent you being able to gamble . I am a member of GamStop , I have excluded myself from every site I have ever gambled on , I phoned my internet provider and put blocks on gambling sites , I won’t even re-new my passport ( I can’t even provide ID to withdraw funds ) I have put blocks on my phone what can be done should be because you are never safe from this addiction and just when you least expect it your back searching for a reason as to why you have just messed up again . It comes down to more than money I don’t what triggered me off I wish I did . Good luck and get the blocks in place x
