Hi Adam,

I mean it this year is gonna be yours. You've a kind heart and such a caring attitude & i know this month hasn't been the easiest for you. But you know what ?. Every time i feel like giving in i see you refuse to throw the towel in & i think Just For Today I Will Not Gamble. You've had your knocks but the way you refuse to be beaten gives us all hope.

Gamcare Is So Much Richer For Having You Around

Just back from my flat, a tree from the park had fallen over into mg garden and there was ivy growing all over it everywhere.  Got the old saw out and chopped it all up the. Trimmed all the ivy, now its all clear I can GEF a fencer in to put a new fence up.  Also got to get another new cooker as it couldn't be fixed.  A good two hours work now back to listen to spurs at two pm.

Hello diary how are you, ur allways here when I need to write stuff however pointless it is.  Another Monday completed.  Just Tuesday to work then spurs champs league match and  a holiday day on Wednesday...… horray.  Small breaks from work work really well for me.  On Thursday I hit the 100 day gamble free mark and will celebrate in style with a cup of tea and a biscuit lol.... little pleasures.

Eventful night and not only because spurs went out of champs league.  I played footy and dived for the football and dislocated my shoulder.  Went to hospital, was in agony, but they put it back in then I'm back home now.   Arm in sling for a couple of days, got a fracture clinic calling me soon then see how long I'm off for, guess I've got to build up the strength in the arm again.

Sorry to read that you have a shoulder injury Adam and hope it soon heals.

My commiserations to you for Spurs poor result and exit from the champions league. I just read that the Arsenal game is cancelled and all the team are self isolating against the coronavirus. That is scary.

We have travelled this road together for quite a while now and must say that I think very highly of you and admire the way you battle to make your life meaningful, productive and enjoyable.
