Not easy guys, yesterday afternoon out of nowhere had a MASSIVE urge, didn't gamble but found it disturbing.

Not nice, well done on not giving in to it.

It's a nasty shock, when we are nicely pushing through and then from no where this intense urge sorts of overwhelms us, it's part of the process, these will and do come, but they do go, and as you move further along, it's not such a shock, when they come lol.

You won big yesterday and your resolve will be strengthened now, to keep going OAU

One thing to keep in mind Paul, is as our journey grows, we have to always keep one step ahead, staying focused and always on guard, you are doing fine.

I have had my little 'dodgy spell', urges no more, back to 100% commitment.
