Hi all
Nothing new to report but keep reminding myself of the sick, sick feeling after a big loss - I think it's important.
Paul
Lol Paul 🙂
Yep I think we need to remember the pain of what we did to ourselves at times, it does fade, but does come back and hit us at times, and this then strengthens our resolve to keep abstaining and maintaining.
If I get a silly thought about just a tenner, I now say to myself, you mean at least 200 and no way am I going to lose that amount of money, never mind, my abstinence from it, Gambling only gives us one thing pure misery lol.
Keep strong and keep going OAU
