Evening all not been on in a few weeks just come in to see how many days free I am 93 days today!!
I get encouragement reading posts which help keep me off the slots, seems to me that for most of people who give in to their addictions they seem to hit it even harder than they ever have almost to make up for lost time, it’s easy to not gamble just for today, and here I am 93 days free of it, yes I am still as broke as I was 93 days ago but now u am broke because I have treated the kids to days out .. treated my self .. I don’t have guilt for being broke because I am broke because I chose to make a memory and I don’t care spending my last £100 on a meal out because guess what ??? I don’t have to worry about playing on the slots tomorrow!! Because just for today am not gonna gamble, WE CAN DO THIS stay strong
