A day of thinking , 

each month this year Something has happened , jan I celebrated my one year gf anniversary, feb I lost my aunty in a accident , March I lost my grandad , April my cousin passed way, sat listening to dancing in the sky I don’t no how I’m feeling or were to turn,  I feel like my heads going to explode and need to get it all out but don’t really no we’re to start ..: I went to write in my diary last night but couldn’t quite find the words I’m not sure if I have still found the words, I have had some gambling thoughts but I no that ain’t going to make me feel better going to keep myself busy today and do the gardens , hope everyone on the diary’s is doing well ?  

After a horrible weekend , 

ive got my head around a few things a good friend was their to pick me up wen I was down and give me some good advice and shoulder to cry on,

so sorry to hear about how difficult times have been for you recently. I appreciate that sometimes even if we want to, it is difficult to talk. But it is important you do. I am glad to hear you had a friend who was there for you.

Please know we are here for you too. Sometimes it might be easier to talk to a stranger. And please also get some bereavement support (Cruse https://www.cruse.org.uk/), it sounds like you need some support with all this loss.  

Gardening is good, making things is good just to give you that break from difficult thoughts and emotions.

Been a long three months of ups and downs and a lot of heart ache along the way , shown me who’s their wen things are tough , feel like for the first time in weeks I had a good sleep and ready to get my head back in the game, 

Nipped on chat today , nice atmosphere and lovely to catch up with slow and here how well his doing , lots of new faces and plenty of helpful chat.

still waiting for my compost to be delivered brought myself a mini greenhouse over the weekend , since moving me and vin spend a lot of time in the garden so after recent months I’m going to give this a go to keep my mind busy, not really sure what I’m doing tho lol, but hopefully will have a pretty garden soon with lots of flowers, hope everyone eles is plodding along nicely ?

Good morning all , 

Been awake since half five I sleep so soundly lately this time a year ago I’d sleep the day away hoping it would pass quicker , need to cut the grass but sat thinking what’s a acceptable time to wake my neighbours on a Sunday morning , no plants shooting up in my greenhouse will keep watering them and hoping they sprout soon , got my eye on a few bits for the garden wen payday comes around first is a plant pot that reminds me so much of my granny I no I will smile and remember being a little girl every time  I look at it , this year has been quite tough so far,  gardening has gave me a focus even if I’m not that good at it hours pass in no time at all once your out their pottering around, I’ve tryed many hobbies since joining gamcare,  most of them I wouldn’t of dreamed of trying .. I’m sure I’ll be trying many more along the way to one thing I no for sure is I’m at peace,  

Having the strangest week ever and it’s only Tuesday ...
