Hey Signalman, I'm doing an online AAT (accounting) course. It's going ok although I'm a bit behind schedule. I take it as a marathon rather than a sprint so hoping to do good in the long run. My first exam is on tuesday so yeah will let you know how it goes. Thanks for the support mate.

Nothing much going on just another night shift. No gambling urges or temptation to report. All blocks and guards in place. 314 days GF.

Last shift tonight before a couple of days off. I went to the gym in the morning after work boy was it tiring but I just dug in and as a result had a really sound sleep through the morning and afternoon. I'm feeling fresh and recharged ready to battle this illness. No room for complacency. All guards in place taking one day at a time. 315 days GF.

Felt good going to the gym after work in the morning as I haven't had a chance to go recently. Especially now that I've been stuffing my face with all sorts of food in this festive period haha. In another news, no gambling urges to report. All guards in place. 325 days GF.

Getting paid tonight and I'm working. Am I worried that I'm gonna blow all my wages in a go like the old days? Am I worried that all the hard work I've put in so far will go down drain just like that? No absolutely not. My conscience is clear. I will not even think about gambling. I am strong and I can beat this illness. All guards are in place. The missus has full control of my finances and that will not change. I shall not got complacent.

I used to love the fact that we get paid a week early at christmas. Little did I know that money would be gone in hours if not minutes and I'd be penniless at yet another christmas. However, this christmas it will change and this christmas I will remain gamble free. This is the most difficult period of the year for us and we're nearly there. Few more days and we'll see it through. We can do this! Taking one day at a time. 326 days GF.

Thanks Signalman I appreciate your feedback.

Sleeping pattern is a bit rough due to too many night shifts this month. Went to bed around 10 last night but woke up at around 2:30am and been wide awake since. However, I'm not gambling hence I'm winning and that's the most important thing. Wishing everyone a great weekend. Have fun and stay gamble free. 327 days GF.
