Not at all Drama.  Your own targets are massively important. I just don't want you to think that you have nothing to offer before the 100 days. You have that in spades xx

Hello 2020. Day 58 gamble free I think. I am very tired today. Really tired ?

Have read your entire diary for the first time, this afternoon. 

I'd like to have more time to invest in people on here but I just don't. So, New Year's  day is good for something!

Murlo, you have been through so much, in such a short space of time. Whatever is happening, you are very strong and can get through it but please be gentle with yourself. Even trying to quit smoking at the same time as quitting gambling is a big feat to attempt. You don't always have to be wonder woman. Some days, go easy on yourself and just be woman. You are enough.

I don't feel particularly strong at the mo but I have spent most of the day talking about things and that feels better. 

Feel easier soon murlo. I wish i could make it all go away..

But this journey was never promised to be smooth.. Everyone else is so supportive on chat and diary.. But we feel it when one is missing..

I have actually slept. It feels like a small miracle but one that I am really grateful for. I would like to write more in my diary about the last few days but I don’t really want to tell the whole world.
