Glad the Reiki helped - it was interesting that you mentioned the knees and the feet, because a healer recently told me that the knees represent where you have been and what you have been through, and the feet represent where you are going. I don't know which discipline this idea comes from, as he is a Reiki Master but also does other healing arts, but it would make sense for where you are in your life..... Having had a lot of pain and trauma in the past, and now not being sure how to move forward.

The kids' uncles.... can appreciate how its a bit late for them to be getting in touch now, but perhaps they felt a bit awkward after you split with your ex etc. Sometimes people just don't realise how hard it can be, without people rallying round to help. It is natural to be annoyed, but maybe you can get them to make it up to you by babysitting and stuff. You could turn it to your advantage!

Very quiet weekend its amazing how having one child away can change the dynamic of a house.

Although its been a tough one for me feelings wise, my head really seems all over the show,woke up friday with the a r se and havent been able to shift it.

Although on the up side as long as i dont spend stupidly in the next two weeks i will have made up from my slip and get to start the month having paid everything on time :0)

Well ive had a lovely day h*r h*r Rach had to get up early to pick eldest up from his mates so no breakfast in bed for me.

I did however get some flowers,chocolates, cards and homemade cards and some other bits and bobs so totally spoilt and a lovely lunch out with my mum.

Dont want to go to work this week just not feeling like it but like i say to the boys what i want and what i get are two different things lol.

Nice quiet day at home today no rushing around just some housework,playing with little one and relaxing before going to work tomorrow.

Oh yeah apart from writing an email to my housing association as i got a letter about rent arrears today trying to tell me i owe over twice what i actually do a simple piece of maths and it quite clearly shows i owe about a third of their figure.As housing benefit is paid in arrears anyway they dont add that into their figures doh.I cant phone them as i find the woman i have to deal with very rude and i struggle to keep my temper with her so i wrote a snotty email instead.

Half day at work so just getting some vitamin d with the LO in the sunshine hopefully this will lift my mood.

Had reply from snotty email i sent yesterday and dare i say it i was correct i dont owe any where near the figure they gave me and my account will be up to date with payment i will make on friday.

No real gambling thoughts or urges even though money is tight but i am determined to get everything paid on time this month so im not constantly playing catch up you know how it goes paying last months bills this month and the circle goes on with out any major mishaps this is very much doable.

Knackered after work today strange how you can do the same job week in and week out and sometimes your fine and others it wears you out?

All finances on track to get to the end of the month with all paid on time :0)

Little black cloud that has been following me around seems to be lifting.

Eldest is perking up as well operation confidence boost is working well, nice to see him relaxed and smiling again.The angst of being 13 :0)

Marks passing away has been on my mind all day as its made me realise how precious life is and how quickly it can be taken away.

Made me think again of how much of my life ive wasted sitting in front of a computer screen instead of enjoying my life and kids and how determined i am not to repeat that mistake.
