Im not having the best of days. Ive been gamble free since the beginning of October, but o*g massive urges today. Been trying to fill my spare time with other things over the last few weeks but today is really tough. Just frustrated I guess. Bloody bored as there's only so many boxsets and films I can watch. Trying mentally to take the positives out of it. Going out for a couple drinks instead, hopefully the urge will pass.
