What to write when you are this far down the road ? I feel good, strong and have alot of faith. I have kept my addiction of choice at bay because I choose not to gamble the online slots anymore. I have had a few cravings but I have kept them at bay. I know I am suposed to write something wise on how to quit. I wont do that. You will undoubtably know when it is time to do something else than gamble. Reflecting on it earlier today I saw it as brain rott. Sitting there hour after hour blowing away hundreds of pounds. It never did me any good eaven when I won I was allways loosing.
Addiction like this can kill you. It certanly kills your economy and not to mention love life. It has taken a while to be able to stand up again and to not have an ich when I have a salary getting into my account.But it can be done and normal life will prevail if you start to think differently. I am living proof of that. No one will do this for you but you. Change comes from within. Get the help you need. Be determined to get through and have some faith that you where put here to do something different than what you are doing today. Good luck!
