So, I messed up. Last week I got the urge and I gave in to it. £400 later I self excluded from the new account that I had created. So annoyed with myself as I had been doing really well. My new business is getting busier and becoming very stressful and I think that has been a bit of a trigger. I crave some time away from doing the boring stuff on the computer and gambling seemed fun.
