Day 80

Work was ok and i got through it! Really had a good evening watching the uk snooker final which was awesome! went out with my flat mate afterwards for a couple pints and game of pool

Day 81

monday went ok, though i had a small fall out with the bar manager because i hadnt realised i wads entered in the uk bloody mary comp and i had already made plans. so i had to see the general manager but it was good to really clear the air and felt so much better for it. had a massive cloud over my head because things had been bad for a long time. sometimes you just have to talk to someone about things. glad everything is going to get sorted!

Day 82

once finding out that this event was finally on i had to really start mentally preparing for it and made sure that we had a classic bloody mary to enter with alongside the alternative mary which was already prepared. i came up with a great drink and serve so i was feeling more optimistic about the following day. i went home at 2am as i had a tonne of prep to do after work!!!

Day 83

well after 5 hours asleep i had to go to work an do the last prep! david and greg picked me up and we headed for london. got a bit stuck in traffic but the organisers allowed for the lateness thankfully. i was nervous so i had to knock back a couple glasses of champagne to kill my nerves! but after getting everythig ready to go i was called up to perform my first entry! it was like being thrown in at the deep end but it was fine and it was my first time! over the period of the day i just tried to collect myself and watch a couple of the guys. i was feeling more confident about my second drink which was a thai infused mary, a great tasting drink with a great concept. once the day was over a couple girls cleaned up the prizes. though i took alot from the day as it was a good experience and a great achievement to get that fair. meeting the host ainsley harriot was pretty cool aswell. when i came home i was mentally and physically shattered to i left a messy kitchen, ordered a pizza and watched a film with my mate chris!

Day 84

Was my second day off! i really took it easy to be fair. played xbox, did some shopping and my washing. i was really tired so i wasnt going to do much more. really happy how im powering through this gambling problem. most notably my money is really sorting itself out!

was a pretty intense day at work! things are tougher as there is less of us. but everyday is stressful though bearable! finished really late at night but its not to worry as i have 7 days off with my family next week. happy days =D

Work was ok i must admit, i didnt finish crazy late which was good. to be fair something is missing in my life big time as i feel flat alot of the time. the urge to gamble as come through a couple todays which isnt cool! at least i know when im most vulnerable! i wont gamble but this is extremely tough when you head is telling you to do it !!!

Started work a bit later as i had to stay behind and do bar prep with the guy thats leaving. So i will be taking over batches and its a lot of responsibility but i will be eased into things. After this i went for a pint and when i got home i packed for the coming week

the train down to devon went all smooth and was great to see mum again. in the evening i went out with my best mate for a few beers and a good catch up. felt like the good old days!

More catching up to be fair! i went to visit my grandad and his partner. was nice to see they were still well! after that i visited one of my ex's. we still get on well so it was nice to find out how everything is where i used to live. generally a lot of people my age have settled down. doesnt mean i need or have to though. I have alot to achieve and accomplish before i settle so im not intereted
