been feeling very irritated , few thoughts of gambling but I know what would happen I can’t get out of gambling by gambling , gambling only leads to more gambling and more losses , I’m just stressed out because I have no money because of gambling this year again every paycheck went to gambling and every year before that for 19 years and nothing to show for it . My goal is 30 days then go from there .
Be careful once you get your paycheck and pay back money to people that you will owe this month to get you through this month
Don't make one very common mistake saying to yourself I need to win some money now cause I paid everyone back and I have not much left.
