Day 42
Had another long day at work! But I have the time to do some extra hours and get paid for it rather than spend time in the bookies losing it!! I'd much rather earn it the lose it gambling 42 fantastic days gambling free and I feel great for it too.
I take one day at a time and I will not gamble today!!
Day 141
I haven't posted anything for a while.
Things have changed so much in a short space of time, I'm 141 days without a bet and I never thought I could get this far. Day 1 or should I say week 1 I never thought I'd get pass the first week all I could think about was gambling. But with the help of gamcare, GA, family and friends who I told everyone everything, I've got this far. It worked for me telling the truth and letting all people close to me know.
My marriage is now back on I now own my own car I even have a mortgage. All of these things cos I stopped gambling. So I'm not going back, I'll continue going GA and talking to people it works for me
