Late entry as exhausted
A lot of trips in the car to the new house which is 15 minutes each way most of the day
Dashed down the hour drive to one of my GA meetings tonight which was mentally exhausting but so worth it.
Got back at 11 and ate then went to the modern meeting online at 1am which was utterly amazing.
Got to get some sleep in now to do more moving boxes

What an amazing day
Spent the morning finishing packing and spending time with my daughter and mother in law
Met up with a friend before GA and then went to the most amazing one I've been to.
Lots of self thought today for the good.
Five days to go to the big number for me

Good day today. Got most of the packing finish ready for the move tomorrow and Friday.
Caught the last few mins of the chatroom tonight as finished later than I hoped. Then popped onto GA online. Still working hard on my character flaws and moving into a new thought process and way of living

Busy with moving half the house to the new place followed by GA in the evening

Moved into new house so pretty chaotic day. More learning of acceptance but it is a lovely house, just a different town.
Missed chatroom tonight which I was looking forward to and so pretty low on recovery medicine today. Did manage to go to GA online for my usual LA international meeting

I'm in catch up mode because of the house move
Exhausted and spent the day unpacking the kitchen which took all day. Amazing how much stuff you accumulate. My daughter has been a star helping with the move and it's been lovely to work with her.
Went to chatroom on here and then to GA online at 9pm

As I posted this was the big milestone I wanted from the start so I'm so pleased the efforts I've put in have got me here

Exhausting day unpacking and doing a tip run.
Loving the new house though. GA open meeting tonight was great and off to modern meeting shortly online

Day 202
Well, what a day. Absolutely manic
After doing my morning routine, got my son ready for school. Then I took a long call from another GA member. Plumbed in washing machine and got tumble dryer set up. Put our bed back together and unpacked some more stuff. Sorted the toys out in my son's room then meeting with my sponsor to finish step 5. Then GA then home.
When did I ever have time for gambling
Day 203
Another room unpacked and tidy today plus the bathroom. 5 to go now and I'm exhausted
Recovery wise, I've finished step 5 so I've started step 6 work. Went to the chatroom tonight which was good, GA online which is meeting 75.of 90 and watching football now
Day 204
Sounds so good to say that and still working hard on recovery.
Realised today that a big part of recovery is listening. I can't learn, support myself and others, help and improve if I don't listen so I need to make sure that doesn't change.
Admin day this morning and afternoon but also did a lot of self reflection which will no doubt appear in some daily.topics soon. Went to an Evive meeting online tonight and then to GA which was a good meeting
Smashing it mate. Was worried that you might switch off a little as you reached your target. For me the target is never again. A weaker person might have thought, well I can do 200, maybe I'll give gambling a bash again. If I don't win, I'll easily beat it again. Luckily you are super strong and the support you give to others is incredible. Keep it up mate.

Hi mate, no need to worry about that. I work every day on myself and will do for the rest of my life. I only have one recovery in me and the only thing I want to prove, to myself, is that you can turnaround 44 years of chaos and pain through gambling.
Day 205
Not sure I can say it's been a productive day. After doing my morning routine and driving everyone everywhere, I've spent most of the day taking calls from GA fellows and answering WhatsApp messages. Got well behind on Evive posts and missed a few to read on here but have caught up
Good chatroom at 8 on here as usual followed by GA LA international online which was amazing tonight.
