its day 3 today , me and my husband haven't spoke for 2 days , today we talked , I feel better and I know there is a long way to go but I'm so glad I found the courage to tell him I have a problem , thank you to the people that gave me encouragement on my first post .
Keep going Kelly. I'm only on day 15 but life seems much different and improved from before.
It'll be a long road that likely won't be smooth, but once you start moving forward you start to get some distance from the past.
