So far so good today - Again kept myself busy with some decorating - Ive got a charity football match to organise so that should take alot of my time up hopefully. Back on the nights shifts tonight for 9 on the bounce.....As ive said before these have been a weak spot for me in the past but felt i dealt with the last ones pretty well. Anyone who wants a chat in the middle of the night feel free to get in touch - Will have hit 3 weeks tomorrow too - another landmark achieved!!! Good luck to everyone else

Another day done.......no real urges although I have felt heavily depressed today, largely to do with the fact of my illness and not Gambling.

Cheltenham finished and through safely - Get in!! on a major low today though, lots of urges and feel like im falling apart. Loads of emotions have hit me this last couple of days, guilt being the biggest culprit. Looking back on the upset and pain i have caused through gambling has been hard to deal with but hopefully i get through the other side

Day 27 - Felling a different person than i was 10-12 days ago. 4 weeks done tomorrow, such a pleasurable feeling. I have tried to keep myself away from difficult situations and boredom and so far its working. My proudest moment so far is that my wife gave me £300 to last me the month and i have some left and have treated her to a meal here and there and took the boy out.....think i'll treat myself to a couple of beverages on Friday...
