More personal experience. Again not wanting to sabotage anyone else's post but "coming clean" to ME means coming clean about everything - and sometimes revelations particuarly to your partner can be excruciating - and then you remember something else and the trust you re-built goes down again. The thing is I've always found in me and other people with addictions issues whatever the poison IN MY OPINION so please dont be mean is that it's hard to accept the b-ollocking, distrust, disgust etc. But I treated my partner and family like dirt and lied and stole - tough. I'm not saying that relationships cannot be re-built but boy you have to take the criticism regardless of self-pity etc. Best wishes, Phil + we are getting there.
