Day one begins now as it is past midnight, Activating Gamban and embarking on a voyage away from the life i have lived for far too long. hoping to wake up in the morning with the same positive mindset i am feeling now and starting my journey away from the Casinos. Feeling strong and raring to go.

hope everyone else is doing well.. Lets go!

Good stuff! We can live better and healthier with out the temporary euphoria of gambling. Its all a cruel illusion anyway.

All the best going forward.

Gambling is such a contradiction. The harder you try the worse your situation becomes. Then you finally come to the realization that the way to win at gambling is to admit defeat and quit. Sad, but true.

End of day one, logged into all my betting accounts and cashed in all the avaliable bets i had. withdrawing all the money and blocking everything with Gamban. temptation was definatly there for this evenings football but watched the game without having a bet on it. bedtime shortly and onto day 2. hope everybody is keeping well.

Keep it up buddy, ODAAT as they say in the 12 steps

Having fallen off the wagon more times than I’d rather, my best advice (not that you asked for it lol) is don’t expect too much from yourself. Keep it cool, downbeat and ODAAT. Sometimes one hour at a time. Get out your seat, or take a turn on the road, go in the shower and sing yourself a song, anything to scratch the itch without opening up the wound.

Good luck my friend
