Hello.  Very hot again.

Well someone posted here the other day but its now gone. No one I knew.

I'm ok other than heat fatigued. Work is busy . If will be a day like  many others today. Clean cook. Walk and soak up the sun. Next 2 days are work.

Sleep is hard this weather but I just love this daylight and getting out.

Thought about gambling as in bet shops etc. Will be open soon now lockdown easing. Casinos and such like too. But has lockdown stopped people too. Online and shop bought activities have always been there. And it's been lovely not having those pesky ads at night too.. I haven't gambled and plan to keep it thst way..

So let's get the day started..

Stay safe all

Boo ???

Hello.

How time flies. June now.

Still gf.

Weather Blowy but meeting friend for  run n coffee on car park post run. All within social remit.

Crazy days or what.

Some normality returning to society which is needed for sanity and economy.. Just hope it maintains the virus at a low level.

Endeavour to nip into chat if not today over weekend. I have had all intentions then work or time steal my chance.

I hope all is OK with everyone

Bye for now boo ???

Goodmorning.

Guess what. Rain again here. Sky is just grey

So still gf.. Hope others are too or at least getting support too and feeling easy.

Still lockdown continues but easing off slowly.

Should have been having a few days in Norfolk this coming  week. On the back burner now.. At least I can get out and about.

It's nice to be having a few days from work. I can get into a book and get some online stuff done for work.

All for now I think..

Take care

Boo ???

Morning. Brr and get me brolly out today.

Still gf.

I'm feeling OK. Definetly meeting with friends as allowed has lifted my mood.

Only nag I have at moment is time on my hands and I tend to dwell on the wasted times and monies used on cadinos. Out of lockdown I would be busier. More active. More folk to meet so I had negotiated these dull feelingsg with positive actions.. Still recovery is a learning curve for us all. I've reached this point and am determined not to falter so my inner strength must remain focused. I do pop into chat occasionally and it is a booster for my morale and keeps me reminded.

Think I've got thst offloaded. So a spot of lunch and stroll awaits.

Take care all.

Boo

Good Morning Boo,

It can be difficult sometimes and easy to focus on the past especially with gambling but real change takes courage and determination and for that you should be proud. Its ok to think about the past but it’s crucial to be aware of the present and to realise that you are one of the few in society who made a change. Positive change is what everybody craves but only few achieve it or are willing to make the correct sacrifices to get what they want. If it were easy everyone would do it. Substitute gambling for anything and its the same whether it be better job, healthier lifestyle, losing weight etc. You’ve stopped gambling and you achieved this by yourself during very difficult times. You’ve done super.

Im happy to learn you’re getting to connect with friends again and getting out for some running.

Have a super fabulous weekend.

Well another weekend in lockdown although easing. So happy for this support bubble now. It's been a lonely time for so many. I'm personally still erring on pre cautionary. That's just me.

It will be good to see shops opening. And I hope people don't lose there perspective on things and stay wise.

Looks a grey cloud day here. I had a really good sleep so battery should be on full. Start the day with some cleaning then it will be get some fresh air.

No gambling. And I hope others are getting support too.

New Zealand needs no social distancing... Well buzzing is the word i think

All for now. Take care all  boo???

Many thanks for visiting my diary Boo. Recovery is looking good and I am bolstered by seeing you up ahead running up them hills and enjoying life.

All is well with me and nearly 4 months into my journey. Admittedly, I have been rattled somewhat by the betting shops reopening today but so long as I have friends like you by my side than I feel strong enough to keep to the straight and narrow.

Wishing you every happiness over the coming week.

Storms galore. Looks threatening out today.

I'm feeling OK.. No urges to gamble but have noticed the annoying ads more so on TV. Late at night. They didn't let it rest for long.

Summers whizzing by and with lockdown easing should feel some normality soon. I think we can say a deffo no to any holiday this year but health and sanity are equally appreciated.

I'm getting out most days and meeting still with running buddies. We run or walk and other days walk with hubby so managing some sort of fitness routine. Eating well too if sometimes a little too much. ?

So to start the day let's get started with brekkie.

Take care all

Sun glorious sun again.

Going to meet a friend for a walk or run if Cool enough then camper chair coffee.  Just a local little beauty spot Area.

No gambling urges, at the mo but have to say cannot help but notice the ads, and now sport is back the never ending display of it in the background. Certainly hope these are not too triggering for many.

I haven't written in last few days purely been busy or occupied which is good.

Lockdown eases and people are beginning to set some Norms again.

It's a payday again for me. I'm still contuing to budget although a few weeks of lockdown I gave had a couple of spends in online shop for cheerfulness sake.  I've found it tedious at times and like so many had a few anxious moments.

Pondering a seaside break late August. But going to see how next few weeks react to the virus etc. With lockdown ease. But we have the freedom to travel again so at least a day or two day trips will be good too.

I've got a book on the go and jigsaw so I'm content my concentration is still working.

Off for brekkie now.

Till laters.

Boo ???

Well.. Cloudy out but no rain yet.

My neighbours who are new and building onto there house had there tools taken the other night. Always opportunists. We live in a quiet little street too so it makes you wonder. Hoping it doesn't stop progress for them

So today is daughters birthday. So a few cakes and within remit allowance of guests in the garden. So many celebrations halted this lockdown but we are here. Safe so content t with that.

Im off for a walk or trot soon raindrops that are forecast permitting.

Bye for now

Boo

Good Morning Boo,

Happy BDay to your daughter and I hope you all have a lovely day.

I’ve been fine throughout the lockdown for the vast majority of it but this weekend has been a non starter in terms of getting any jobs done. It has rained all day and continues today. I’m an impatient person what can I say.

I rested the hamstring for about a week and have ran Friday and Saturday but I slightly feel it for about the first mile then its fine. I need to be careful with it. Its so bizarre because I’ve always been a runner and faced injuries but during this lockdown my running feels like a drug that I need to have - in a healthy way. I’m not built to sit around all day so even if I get my run I find it breaks the day up and makes me feel good.

I hope the weather is nice for your daughters visit.

Take care.

RR
