Very busy day at work today ppl not been to shops for a day cos it was bank hol so all out in force. Back home now having a chill helped the kids with homework etc a lot more productive than researching my next losing bet.

I too have no urge to gamble though will admit it still seems alien reaching for the laptop and not going to the gambling sites! installed k9 so that helps an awful lot as breaking the habit gradually. Well done on no urges. Yes it is like winter, cold wet and windy. Well we are in Britain after all lol.

Still no urges to gamble main footy season is over so makes things a little bit easier.
My lads team is playing in the local cup final unfortunately hasn't made the squad for the day squad is 14 n only 10 can be named on the day but we will be going to support.

No urges to gamble also rarely think of gambling at the moment. Spending less time on here now every few days rather than every day don't know if that's a good sign or bad? Still no urges to gamble either way.
Will rack up 6 months this week and am taking the girlfriend out for tea on Friday to mark the occasion
Will be reading a bit more on here today just dropped at the airport and got one to pick up in 5 hours time not really worth going the hr or so back home to come back again so got time to kill.

Thanks ODAAT yes that was part of the the plan and successfully smashed. Had a couple of hrs snooze at no point did gambling even cross my mind shows how far I've come drop off find the nearest bookies lose all the money I'd just made and the return half paid upfront not now spent bout 8/9 quid bit of a browse and back home again.

Enjoying the stress free lifestyle enjoying been able to watch sport without the pressure and stress of the end result.
Love my sport and thought I cudnt watch without gambling but I'm enjoying it just as much if not more now.
I'm still in debt and chipping away at it but I'm not struggling thru life these days hoping a bet comes in to pay a bill etc.

Great weekend apart from the game on Saturday sad day with Gerrard leaving and the defeat glad the season is over and they can start a fresh.
Had a great day out with the kids yesterday in blackpool amusement capital of the North tho no urges and didn't set foot in a place thru choice. Had to pass thru some to get out of other attractions which wasn't great to see. Sealife centre for eg like that. Also visited Madame tusards and the blackpool tower attractions.
Needs must & I'm sure it was worth just walking straight through to see the smiles on the kid's faces!

Yep your right was well worth it and to be honest arcades haven't attracted me for well over 10 years even pub fruities don't interest me at all.
Yea my life is amazing right now in comparison to how I was 6 months ago. Would urge anybody reading this to stay strong stay determined and keep focussed your quality of life will improve 100% and it does get so much easier.
As for supporting losers probably why I was a useless gambler at least I'm not losing any money these days.

Is my daughters tenth birthday today so off out for tea tonight at a place of her choice.
Looking forward to the final of the premier league darts tonight getting begind local lad chizzy not really won anything big as yet but is getting better. Tough ask with the likes of Anderson my next choice and mvg.
Oh Dave, you do make me laugh...I haven't followed darts since my crush on Keith Dellar but I never have to go far to figure out who the underdogs are 😉

Haha thanks ODAAT chizzy was very close to making the final lost 10-9 to Anderson had 3 darts for double 16 for match but missed em thankfully Anderson did beat mvg red hot fav in final so underdogs to prosper sometimes.
Don't know what's wrong with me maybe I'm a bit jealous or summat but I hate virtually everyone who has long periods of success.
Even Liverpool used to win everything til I was born then not to much since thankfully cos don't wanna hate them.
