Good morning Stephen and what a lovely ode to life you've written. Once we really open our eyes it's amazing what we see and, quite rightly, we can't wait to share it, the joy of it.
Despite lockdown doing its best to isolate us all physically, as it must to help end this pandemic, we remain undaunted as we use technology, Zoom and good old Gamcare to keep our spirits high and communication channels well and truly open.
I wish you well for today as you enjoy the ever changing vistas in your fine home town; from ever changing skies, seas, and landscape.

Hello Diary.
I was saddened on my walk yesterday evening upon encountering a few youths who were misbehaving. One of them took offence to my telling them to stop vandalising some building works and seemed intent on impressing his peers but after a few words they got on their bikes and rode off. "Boys will be boys" I suppose or maybe "Rebels without a cause" fits the bill. They annoyed me anyway, whichever way I look at it.
It is good to show compassion
Behave with some respect
Consideration surely is the least one should expect
But maybe there's a reason
Why some folk just don't care
They may have been mistreated
Or shown a lack of care
But this is our reality
Not a West End farce
So maybe best if vandals
Get a swift kick up the ar--
