Slowly, slowly, I am going again for one year gamble free. This time I will look to make sure that the relapse not to happen again. What changed now? I am the one who changed. I think that if you really want to gamble no block ever will stop you - you will still end up to gamble. After so long gambling and after so much and so many lost, gambling thoughts still are coming to my mind from time to time - but now I think different: I don’t think anymore about what if I play just one bet or just a little bit, I just think about the bad gambling did to my life, it almost destroyed me, so I stay away every time. It is as easy as that. Apart from Gamban done when I was gambling, now I have no other block in place. I have just my mind. My mind puts thoughts in place and also my mind kills the bad thoughts as well. I do things in a different way now. You can do it as well. It is the conclusion done by the great Albert Einstein and he said something like “insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results” which can help you rethink everything you do and change who you are and change your life.

Like you say in your words, everyone's journey is there own journey. What works for one might not work for another. Good luck with your aims and goals, I hope you can get to where you want. Blocks are good but as you say, don't block the want to gamble. Fix the head, fix the problem and the solution will no longer be gambling , it never was
