Afternoon all,

Just a quick message to update my position. I decided for the first time to quit gambling on the 8th May. Still going strong and the urges are virtually non existent now. I decided to stop watching sport for the first few weeks as sport betting was my problem. I watched the Nedal v Monfils tennis match earlier and enjoyed it for the right reasons, again wasn't even close to placing a bet. I have managed to buy myself a car (not amazing but smart enough for me), book for me and my partner to go away. And pay back half of my gambling debts. Feels great!

Good luck to everyone, it really is worth knocking it on the head!

Well done. it's taken me 6weeks to get myself sorted from the mess I was in when I join this site 44 days ago. It's paying off for me and for you by the looks of things. My mind feels so much clearer since I've stop and everything is falling into place.

Well done once again let's carry on this good work!

Great Argie

Stopping gambling seems simpler for some than others. What your doing seems to be making a difference. Keep it up.
