Just in long day , busy busy busy .if me and Flagg continue on the way we are doing , we will have the recession sorted in a week or so 🙂

Need sleep, spent far to long today looking at a computer screen , my eyes are pleading for some down time .

Funny how they never ever pleaded with me to walk away from the FOBT , well that will be one screen that I will not be staring mindlessly at , for hour after hour after hour .

Thank u so much for u lovely post the motivation and strength it gave me was overwhelming , what I love bout u the most is how humble u r in my eyes there is on one to touch u on this site the amount of effort and time u put into it astounds me , I truly hope u realise the impact u av on people's life I for one appreciate u so much and know I speak for us all

For example on x factor when someone comes along so quiet and shy not knowing how much talent they av and just so humble with it the public love them no been cocky or clever just sheer raw talent and for me that sums u up

Another long day at the coal face , having said that productive although frustrating at times .

Bit off today , bit anxious , but I know why .

So I shall tell you , and for those who follow my thread, will have seen this in me before .

Today I booked a holiday , for me on my own , it cost me £600 . A six day break in a spar hotel in the country . I went there before a couple of years ago and well came back a new women ! It was the silence , and the peace that did it for me .

All day I have felt ill at ease. At spending that money .

Being away on my own , brings up fears of relapse .

But I need to do this , cause one I need to get a way from work , the shop , and my family .

I will put things in place , like taking limited funds and leaving all but one card at home . May even get the oh to check my statement on my return, log on here daily .

But at some point I need to bite the bullet, and move forward . So crazy being frightened to go on holiday ,

Anyways like I said , it's paid for , part of me is proud that I did it , sure in a day or two it will feel like a step forward , right now just need to work out how to not fear going .

Thats all you need to know I think...you can trust yourself and you can take us all with you on your break so you won't be bored lol.... and know that you

deserve and need this break and have worked hard for it..

I've been looking at a 5k break away and thinking i can have this if i don't gamble for the nextyear and on the other hand thinking i really really want to gamble knowing i will have nothing, steal and borrow.
