Always good to hear of people staying well away from the evil world of gambling.

Especially us lot, the ones who contributed to all the bookies' shiny new exteriors.

It just needs a massive round of publicity to make the general public aware of the evils on their high streets.

And I'm pretty sure that this will be just round the corner.

Hi Shiny, thanks for the post, sorry I haven't been able to get back to you sooner but It's been mad busy this end. Every time you post you seem to be getting back on track, on the up so to speak. You're right I have reached a more reflective, composed stage. Won't do me any harm, just sorting out what thoughts I need in my head and which ones I don't. Not gambling allows us to do this I suppose, like going on a mental holiday and the fact that I feel more in control of my thoughts and actions gives me a renewed sense of confidece. All good. Keep smiling Shiny.

Mg still reeling from jade goin on x factor wasn't impressed to say the least ! , xtra factor is now fully on the agenda and is now recorded and watched with no deleting of programme planner , the usage % is nearing zero mainly full of x factor , victorious and kids films . Decisions will av to be made soon my one and only daily recording of pointless is in jeopardy lol

Almost spilled my coffee all over myself there when I noticed you were flirting with page 3 on the forum. You, my dear, should always be on page 1. Anyway, I hope all is O.K. in your world. I continue to count the days away until I fly off. I have never been on holiday so late in the year. I feel as though I will be turning up at the airport with my scarf and gloves on and land in Lanzarote looking like some mental person. One thing is for sure, I will be the whitest person in town. My wife says I am so pale I will probably scare the sun away. I tan red.

I, like many others on here, get a little worried about you from time to time when I don't see as many posts, which is purely selfish on my part. You have played such a huge role in all our recoveries that you will surely be the first diary many go to first thing in the morning or last thing at night. However, your recovery is for you and what works best for you makes us all happy.
