Hi bear,

98 days, two days off that century club, may be tough at times, but well worth it, you have won for 98 days, be very proud of yourself, and keep going.

Take care

Suzanne xx

Well done Bear, now keep it going you now have the knowledge to carry this recovery into the future. Have a great Xmas as you have worked hard to acheive it. Reading your Diary it is a testament to how important you have made recovery in your life.

Well done sir! 103 says is excellent, Ifs and buts and hindsight are always there, but if we focus on today and what WE CAN CHANGE and CHOOSE! The past often haunts me (us all) but its past tense, it happened, as much as i wish it didnt, but we are authors of our own future now, and it promises to be bright if we abstain! I have 2 kids 1 yr old and 3 yr old , theres so much to look forward too.
