Did type you a message on your special day - 100 days clocked up but then it disappeared!??

Even though money may be tight, just keep reminding yourself thats things definitely wont get any worse while you refrain from gambling. You are doing great and things will gradually improve as the days/months go by.

Thank you Suzanne day 107 back slightly better can't wait for the weekend bit of family time and meal on Saturday night with girlfriend and another couple money is still on my mind but have to keep on right track would be too easy to slip I feel, definitely had a couple of thoughts in last few days but my resolve stronger nowadays have good day all x

Day108 thanks dave heard a friend of mine crashed and burned and lost 2k after 3 hours after 69 days clean it just reminds me how dangerous this gambling is anyway onwards and upwards have a great day all x
