Thank you dave 🙂 day 112 ready for Xmas can't believe where the time is going max 9 months old already but I've had the most amazing 9 months the last 3 especially more so with not gambling it makes amazing difference still have bad days anxiety wise but have to push through and keep fighting 🙂 have good day all x

Day 113 thank you guys for your posts much appreciated just have to keep fighting I've realised it will never be easy will always have hard days but they come around less often when your not in gambling mode I hope everyone has great day x

Day 114 thanks guys met up with my friend who went back to gambling last week after 70 days off abstinence he looked lost lonely and really sad it brought back all those feelings we get after getting back in to it felt sad for him I hope everyone stays strong this weekend have a good one x

Thanks nt have some great days and bad days but maybe this is the reason I gambled in first place still learning about myself and what brings on anxiety episodes and general well being gambling certainly helped me paint over those cracks but sadly took my life in return day 116 have to keep up the hard work have a great Sunday everyone x

Day 117 all going well ready for another week before Xmas week is here Xmas party on Friday a lot of drinking goes on at this time of year so need good week at gym to contra off 🙂 have good day all x

Thanks Sandra merry xmas to you, day 118 I had a flashback to a few years back when I walked in to a local bookmaker with my salary plus xmas bonus in bank and proceeded to spend the whole lot on a snowy covered Southwell the only meeting that survived the day didn't have any rent money left no xmas presents money nothing and went to my mum to see what she would lend me she could only manage 300 and I got the hump saying what a terrible mum she was what a horrible person I was and could return to be,that's enough to keep me going with this fight against gambling I'm slowly learning how to put gambling in a closet but I hold the key I'm the one that keeps it there it's all up to me have a good day all x
