Well done Bear - keep reminding yourself that Max Bear and your partner are far more important than the urge to bet. Just keep telling yourself that you will ultimately lose anyway and will not make you feel good.
You are doing great without gambling in your life. An urge is just a thought remember - we dont have to act upon it. Stay strong and focused on your long term goals.

Am sooo pleased you got in touch with DP when temptation was whispering/ poundering, well done for overriding it, we must remember it's only negative thoughts, hard I know at times, but you came through with flying colours, we must always use every barrier we can when/if they come, and being able to communicate with another CG on these FEW occasions is a godsend.
Note I said FEW ( very positively).
