Hope everyone is well massive change in my life the last couple of weeks has an amazing therapy session ive been clear for good few weeks and feeling positive my little boy and girlfriend are getting there dad and boyfriend back I don't like to say it but enjoying simple things again Will check back in couple of weeks hope everyone is well and fighting the good fight x

Thanks suzanne another couple of days gamble free feeling better have sorted lot of things mainly my anxiety feeling much calmer and at gym 4 times a week life is getting back to being normal have good day all x
