Another day another stand against gambling missing my friend dark place on here who has got the bug back once it grabs you it grabs you and won't let you go hate it but I'm nearing a milestone of abstinence so onwards and upwards have good day all x

1st milestone done still feeling tempted but need to kick on I use to believe I gambled to win back money I had lost its absolute nonsense it's just the buzz we get is why I gamble learning to live without it is hard but there are other rewards so keep fighting x

Well done bear on your 1st milestone.
I agree gambling is not about winning the money back, else we would cash it in, it's just more chips to keep on playing, because if we do win the money back (and more) we just put it all back on and more.
Winning is worse than losing because it enables us to keep feeding the addiction.
