Alrite mate. Keep battling through buddy today will be a good one to get out of the way. If you can do a Saturday you can do every day!

Get tomorrow boxed off and it's a week done! Well done on getting this far fella.

Day 7,going to keep busy and that will be a full week bet free.go for a round of golf in a few hours then come home and go get a takeaway with kids and wife instead of going to bookies and trying to win the cost of my round of golf back.Goodluck everyone today.treat yourselves and stay gamble free 😉

Aw well golf play, not to great but never mind better enjoying a game of golf than wasting hours betting and either up 5 pounds or down 500 pounds. Day 7 going well 😉

Hi Scotty

Thanks for your support on my diary it is much appreciated

You have reached 7 days today that is one whole week you have not spent even one penny on that destructive addiction well done Scotty and for realising its pointless any way cos as you have said enjoying a game of golf is soo much better than gambling for 5 win or even worse 100 in more debt and why should you want that

Keep strong determined and keep going one day at a time

Well done mate a week almost done! That's a great achievement and a solid starting point. Have you had many strong urges and if so how have you dealt with them?

Its concerning me a bit that I haven't though my main triggers of the footy and money in the bank have not raised their heads yet!

Anyway we're on the way mate, that xmas target moves closer by the day 🙂

Thanks lol

Enjoy your gambling free evening and wake up cleared headed so much better than waking up to the devastation of gambling and that awful sick feeling

And that is soo positive

Great message on my diary mate that made me smile! A massive well done for avoiding the fruit machine, like you say its one of those things you would have always done without thinking but this time you DID think and I'd like to think that's because you've got a clean week under your belt and that clarity of thought is returning. Big moment that mate.

Just to say you staying strong is making this so much easier for me - massive credit to you for that.

Long may we march on 🙂

Day 8,had a bad day at work, one of those days where nothing was going right.never mind,a few weeks ago I would have been in bookies on way home trying to win money to make my day better

and would have probably of made it 10 timesworse.NOT TODAY!!!!!!! 😉 back home now and thinking bout going to GA MEETING if I have enough time.
