Probably a question not asked enough, so
How is everyone today ?
It's been a glorious day here, very warm and it's been a great day without gambling or any thoughts of it. Spurs won as well ! Didn't make any difference to the league but at least they won

today is bad my wife of 12 years decided we should brake up, the lies are to much for her to get over. and i am to move out and stay over tge nights where she has work the next day
@pu3n1yh7ko Hi Howie
M sorry to hear that. I've moved out twice but am here now. Don't give up hope and concentrate on your recovery.
Hi Howie
I'm a great believer that if we don't put recovery first, nothing will fall into place. My addiction thrives on stress, pain, disappointment and always pulled me back into the fog. I'm not saying you haven't, but over 44 years I must have lost 50 girlfriends and never gave up. The only way you have any chance to rebuild your relationship with your wife is to stay gamble free, be the best version you can and accept what ever path is laid out for you
Hi Howie,
I am really sorry to hear that you may be breaking up with your wife. It is so very difficult, I understand and have been in your position.
I have a close friend, she split up with her husband and he moved out. They then started to work through their problems, with honest and open communication, some good home truths and so forth. She didn't hold back saying her piece and he accepted it all.
After a lot of upset, they are now back together and are very happy (he moved out for 6 months and demonstrated how he was willing/would change).
I always try and remember that where there is life, there is hope.
Warm regards,
Kylie.
