Hi All
I've made a life changing decision today lol. So many people are rude. I let them out of junctions and they don't wave to thank me. I open doors and they don't say thanks. I give way on paths when walking and don't even get acknowledged. Well enough is enough. I'm no longer giving up my dopamine hit for doing something nice and holding a resentment. I'm just going to think, dopamine hit for me and you could have had one but you didn't say thanks. 1-0
Hey Stuart,
There is nothing more annoying than people that cant say thanks ...
It winds me up daily !!!!!
Hope you are well 2 months and days GF for me 🙂
What’s that saying Stuart …….
“There’s nothing as q***r as folk”! A real pet hate of mine too 👎. I was walking up the stairs the other week and someone was coming down them. I reversed back down to the bottom of the stairs to let them down. Down they came and then just walked right past me! I just said so they could hear me “thank you would have been nice”! Anyway, their problem I thought as I was brought up by good parents who taught me manners and good morals. Thank you Mum and Dad 🩷💙.
Pink Lady 🩷🍎.
Lol Stuart i was actually like this when i had a huge loss gambling to blame so technically i could have been that person however since not having a bet i am a completely different person maybe some of those people might actually be going through something since changing my own way personally i allow it maybe because i was doing the same i wasent polite and i was short tempered
Hi Rach
That's spooky, I was thinking I hadn't heard from you for a while. Hope you are doing well and those days are soon mounting up.
Hi Taz
Hit the nail on the head there. No one can read minds to know what anyone is going through. That's not an excuse but I'm not going to let it annoy me at all
Stuart,
I resonate to your experiences, particularly today.
My husband and I went to the nearest big town on a bus for a change. On the way home we were queuing behind a couple . They were elderly ladies , one was disabled. As the bus was due to arrive another couple newly arrived just stood in front of everyone next to the waiting area to get the best position to board the bus. I on purpose went forward and stood virtually next to them. The bus arrived and I let the elderly ladies got on first and stood aside. As you could guests those two new comers just jumped on to the bus before the elderly ladies. The old ladies was frustrated and said loudly "Some people just can't wait!" Then they thanked me for letting them on first. When I boarded the rude woman starred at me when I walked past her. I just ignored her. Unfortunately we all alighted the bus at the terminus. I got off and the jumped the queue woman came to me while I was waiting for my husband to alight . She stood closed to me and murmured at my ear, in a sicastic way she said "Bye". I told my husband once he got off the bus after her. She knew I was commenting on her ridiculous behaviour, she crossed the road, turned back and stuck her middle finger at me. How rude...The sad thing is I might bump into her again in the future if she lives locally...
Shocking Ann but we can only think for.ourselves I guess
