Thanks Adam. Means a lot.

Day 32

My day disappeared at work again today which is a good thing. I had lots to do and got most of it done which always gives me a sense of satisfaction.

I came home and made some dinner. I then carried on learning Japanese and practiced writing it. I should really do it on my iPad and save trees. Felt very positive that my shapes of the characters and the way I pronounce the words was getting better.

Gamble free again today including the thoughts.

Yo yo yo. I’m doing really well.

I felt like I needed to invest some time in me rather than having screen time on here. I felt like I had replaced one addiction with another hence the lack of being here. For the first time at the weekend my phone finished on 84% for the whole day. Surprisingly I felt pretty good not being on it and filling the time with other activities.

Hope your doing ok @Change 🙂

Nice one pal! You had me worried again! Just listening to a bit of daft punk... “we’re up night to get lucky...”... not anymore! In whatever sense! I’ve been busy decorating all day. Cream crackered.

No way am I going to gamble again. I’ve got things in place which are preventing me gambling.

I’ve had the most fun I’ve had in the past 38 days. I’ve laughed so many times until my stomach hurts I’ve lost count.

I’m feeling like I’m doing alright.

Keep focussed and we can beat this.

Cheers.

I feel I’m doing ok. 🙂

Not had any desires to any gambling of any flavour so I am feeling good and my balance is looking healthier.

Bank balances will always be much healthier when you are gamble-free.

Even if we have to pay a big bill, the feeling of being able to do so is also great for the long-term.

So why gamble? Gambling will always lead to misery.

Very true @NT. I am doing ok, not had any urges and just smile now when I see the adverts for Gambling on TV.
