Sorry to hear you have had stressful day, we will get them from time to time hence the rollercoaster ride but what you have done these last 15 weeks is built an inner strength not to go running to the urges, so try and relax a bit tonight and i know deep down tomorrow you feel better because you chalked off another day and if you don't feel better then its about getting through that day.
And if you wanna keep rambling you do that girl cos that's the sort of thing that has made you so popular too many folk on here

Sorry to hear you have had a bad day .
You know and I know that having a bet ain't gonna make it better .
Also when you did have a bad day , if you were like me , that's what I did to escape .
Sort of a learnt response . But urges may come , but both me and you won't act on them .
And by staying strong , we ended our bad day with a positive thought . My recovery is in tact , well done .
So a big hug Hun , hope tomorrows a better day for you .

Well in chat tonight I gained another 10 years!!!
You would think I would stop coming in really as I will be ancient in the next few weeks but it's always really nice to catch up with G lol!!

I am feeling less stressed 2day.... it is almost the wknd and I really look 4ward 2 my wknds now 🙂
On Sat me and my friends r going ice scating on the outdoor ice rink that is opening 4 christmas... I am really looking 4ward 2 it also spending time with my bf and Maddison. My mum has said she will come over and watch Maddison on Sat nite so me and my bf can go 2 the cinema so looking 4ward 2 that 2 🙂
I was on a training course at work 2day and the trainer said something that is sooooo true... He said u learn so much more from ur mistakes than u do ur successes! It has stuck in my mind!
Still gamble free and feeling a lot more positive 🙂
