Actually it's getting out of hand is an understatement. Last night I put £650 into slot machines, I did come home with £150 but a loss of £500 is really bad.
Well today is 1st March so going to try once more to break this addiction. Have been on this site before and it did help me to break the habit but alas here I am again.
I must stop! I need to pay off 2credit cards and get my life in order before I move on.

Self exclusion is a great tool and gives you time when the urge strikes. Keeping busy is a strategy as well. Keep posting your progress and read lots on here. You'll strike a chord with someone
