Well week one and it's flown. Not gambled. Fortunately today belongs to social commitments and Sunday evening TV. Preparing for Monday work.. Its payday this week so heading to Friday I know I will have the urge to visit a casino.. So planning now for activities that day as the urge will be kicked into the long grass.. Feeling generally relaxed at the minute but am aware bad days and bad moments happen. Forever thank ful for your support on here. Have an easy time of it today everyone.. Let the day begin

New week.. Same hopes and aspirations.. Sleep patchy but keeping busy and focused.. Setting up a daily agenda helps.. Work commands my attention today but leading to pay day this week may. Make my mind and will wander.. I it won't get the better of me is my mantra for the next few days
