I’ve I’ve gambled for about 20 years on and off really struggled with gambling it’s got a lot worse over time I’ve joined gam care started having telephone calls one to one I had self excluded from on line but was still a member of my bingo hall it’s slots for me what the problem is but today I went to my local bingo hall spent £1,000 on slots was gutted with myself as it was off my overdraft I couldn’t really afford to do that but on the way out asked to see a manager and self excluded my self from bingo it was the last thing to do so now I’m excluded from all bingo halls and all on line gambling I feel relieved and excited to get my life back on track I thought I could do this without excluding but obviously I couldn’t but tonight the bingo was the last thing x
