Hectic day with LM and doggie yesterday lol, and LM is with me again today, so tent will be out again, and the paddling pool, as it's going to be another lovely gambling free day, HDs indeed.

Good morning diary,

469 days of saying no to gambling and yes to recovery,

It's Monday and the start of another new week, 5 days til we go on holiday, another week in a caravan, HD.

Also have my 3 month follow up CT chest scan at the hospital tonight at the unusual time of 8pm lol.

I think it's going to be a longggg day, but one thing for sure, it's certainly going to be another gambling free one.

Wishing everyone a strong, positive and calm gambling free day.
