Good morning diary

133 days which makes 19 whole weeks today of winning and not losing to GAMBLING

Had a happy family day yesterday as son and his girlfriend came round for an old fashioned Sunday lunch, it was just an ordinary family Sunday day,

but it felt fantastic, why, because ordinary days are so much more fulfilling than wasting a Sunday in the desperate miserable world of gambling all day

Back to work tomorrow, but I still have today off and I am determined to enjoy it gamble free ofcourse

Wishing everyone a positive strong and peaceful gambling free day

Suzanne xx

Good morning diary

134 days and not even one penny spent on any form of gambling

Back to work this morning and feeling a bit panicky and apprehensive because we should know the outcome this week on this managerial restructure

Have to stay positive and strong and keep those negatives right at the back

Two more one to ones and then I should know

Taking one day at a time abstaining and maintaining

I will not be playing today because I know the score a big fat minus zero

Wishing everyone a strong and peaceful safe day

Hi Suzanne,

Thank you for your kind words on my diary. Your support is much appreciated. I haven't had chance to read all of your diary yet, but will do this evening. I find reading other people's stories inspiring and it gives me hope.

Hi S,

Keep going and stay strong. Do not let downs in life to affect your recovery. It is not only words, it is emotions talking. Don't give up the fight, you are the only winner!

Well done and take a good care of yourself

Morning Suzanne! 135 days now how does that feel? You should be so proud of yourself. Keep abstaining because none of us can ever win unless we stop. Then we are all winners!

Good morning diary

135 days of being gamble free

No thoughts or urges to gamble today, but having to push negative thoughts out that I have because of work

Had one to one yesterday no conclusion yet to my outcome but it is very stressful for everyone at work going through this process

I found the interview very negative as they do go through the test results with you and give you your positives and negatives, couldn't help but think about my gambling positives and negatives while I was in interview (just goes to show gambling never is far away from your mind)

The next one to one which will probably be next week will be the last one where I will know my outcome

Am determined to turn my negative thoughts into positive thoughts again today and keep abstaining and maintaining

I will not be playing today because I do not need any more stress today

Wishing everyone a positive and peaceful gambling free day

Suzanne xx
