Good morning diary,

162 days of not spending even one single penny on any form of gambling.

Off to work now, but feeling even stronger today, especially as I had no desire or thoughts to play yesterday on my day off, which is a vulnerable day for me THE MONDAY. Well I won yesterday, because the thought of gambling at this time just BORES me, not interested at all.

Continuing to abstain and maintain one day at a time,

And am actually enjoying starving the addiction right into oblivion, where it once had me for so long.

Good morning diary,

164 days of abstaining and maintaining.

Off to work again shortly, long day today, and the job is getting tougher as the changes at work take place.

Only 18 working days to go at this job, just pushing through the days and the stress it brings, what with work and abstaining, it is wearing me out,lol.

I feel mentally and physically drained today, but hey another day another dollar earned and another day of making that right choice, which is not to waste any of my hard earned money on gambling.
