Hi NH, sorry to read that things aren't going to plan, but look at the positive side you are bigger person for admitting you slipped and getting straight back up than leaving and let the gambling take control again. The more you want it the more you can make it happen you have lots of support here not just for the good days to well done but the days you feel out of control, we can all beat this and together we all stand a better chance. It's not something you can do alone
Stay stronge stay safe.
Hi NH
We have all brought our battered, broken selves to this site. Slowly, bit by bit we are mending. Don't beat yourself up NH, you came back on and admitted your slip-up. You could have so easily just not posted anymore. That shows strength of character and it is that strength that will get you through this.
What matters is that you came back. So stick with it, stick with your friends here and you will do it.
I wish you well.

Hey n h. Glad to see you back. Was worried about you. Xx
Yes excellent!!! Good I'm good. Had a very quiet weekend. Boys at their dads. Spent a bit of time with my partner before he went away. Thought about it but didn't. My wobble the other day really unnerved me. How you feeling. Glad you're still here. I'll email tonight. Duncan text me today. It was great to know there's a life line outside of here. We secret people need it i think. Did you tell anyone yet xx
Hi NH, you asked if I have told anyone, tbh I left it to late and was found out (more than a few times) and that just made it worse, if you find it hard to open up about it to someone, an easy way would be just to hand them your diary open so they can read it then the conversation will follow, I was out Saturday when someone asked what I was read, no point of been ashamed of wanting to make life better so I just explained what it is was and got the reply my mum had the same problem many people have been touched by gambling they just never talk about it. You should be proud of what your doing I know I am now.
All the best and let me know how it goes
Affected by gambling?
